NZ Tech Expo brings the New Zealand technology ecosystem together at Shed 10, Auckland, connecting technology companies, founders, investors, executives and the industries they serve.
My involvement is focused on the senior founder, investor and executive conversations around the event. Those are the conversations PHCA exists for: whether to raise, how to respond to a buyer, when to enter an offshore market, and how to structure ownership and governance for the next phase.
Around the event, I am holding a limited number of confidential decision conversations with founders, directors and shareholders of technology companies. No charge, no obligation. If a live decision is approaching, before or after September, it is a useful thirty minutes.
