Advisory
Capital Advisory
Capital readiness, and support through a raise.
Establishing whether the business is ready to raise, and on what terms, before any approach to investors, and structured support through the raise once that decision is sound.
Capital is rarely the first problem, and a raise rarely fixes a decision that has not been made.
Capital Readiness
Before any investor is approached, capital readiness establishes whether the business is in fact ready to raise, what it should raise, and on what terms. It tests the case the company intends to put in front of capital, and strengthens it where it does not yet hold.
Capital Raising Support
Where the decision to raise is already sound, structured support carries the company through the raise itself, from positioning through to the room. This is execution, undertaken only once readiness is established.
Both frequently follow a Strategic Options Review. Capital raising is one possible outcome of a review, never the entry point to the work.
